Group Coaching Is Vastly Superior To The 1-on-1 Model

If you’re a coach, consultant or high value entrepreneur who’s working with clients one-on-one and not in a group coaching setting…you know what I’m talking about.

One-On-One “Done For You'” client work is not scalable, and in a lot of cases will leave you mentally and physically drained.

Let’s say you’re a freelance SEO Consultant who works with medium sized businesses to improve their website rankings. You are really good at what you do, you charge $10o per hour on your consulting gigs and you’re usually booked up 40 hours per week.

You know that your system works (you’ve put it into action with clients many times) and is extremely valuable so you price the program at $5,000.00.

You create a membership site and drip feed the content to your clients while helping them accomplish one extremely valuable milestone per week.

You do a live weekly QA session where you answer all of your current client questions at once and keep a record of the call.

All you need to do is enroll eight clients into this group program per month and you’re making $40,000.00 per month, working 10 hours total and delivering incredible results to every one of your clients, every time.

This is the path to financial freedom, independence, wealth creation and this is the path to hitting a million dollars per year and beyond in your coaching or consulting business.

Summary: Stop working with clients 1-on-1 and create a group coaching program of your most valuable content and knowledge.

Action Plan: 

  1. Figure out exactly who your ideal client is and exactly what problem they’re facing that you can help solve.
  2. Make sure your system and program works and provides incredible results for your clients.
  3. Create a structured group coaching program designed to get your clients amazing results in a group setting.
  4. Enroll premium clients into your new group coaching program and disconnect from the time for income trap.
