If your business is set up in these three ways, it will be impossible for you to truly experience issue free, huge growth.
1. You Work With Clients By The Hour
This is an easy one, since there are only so many hours in a day. If you work with clients hourly, it’s literally impossible to triple the amount of clients you bring on in most cases. If you currently work with three clients per week and all of a sudden it ballooned to nine clients per week, you wouldn’t be able to do it. This is a massive problem. As long as you work hourly with clients, you’ll always have a hard cap on your business and lifestyle.
2. You “Do All Of The Work” For The Client
If you are a coach, consultant or high value service entrepreneur and you do all of the work for your clients, you also will struggle to grow and scale your business. The goal is to transition over to a “Done-With-You” set up where you work with clients to implement your system while they do the work. Most coaches and consultants think that the only way to grow and run a successful business is by selling “Done-For-You” services. This is simply not the case and the faster you run away from this mindset, the better off you’ll be!
3. You Do Something Different For Each Individual Client You Work With
The absolute key to growing a huge, life changing business is to be able to replicate a proven system for your clients over and over again. If you’re unable to duplicate your process from client to client and get amazing results, you’re dead in the water. Freelancers cater to their clients “wants” and “needs.” Business owners implement proven and duplicatable systems that guarantee incredible client results. Understanding the difference between the two is essential to scalable, massive growth.
Summary: You need to be able to triple (at the very minimum) the number of clients you bring on next week without anything else changing in your business and without any issues.
- Determine if your business is truly primed and ready to experience massive growth.
- If it’s not, work on building out a group coaching program around your most impactful services and outcomes.
- If it is, immediately put together an advertising campaign to drive your ideal clients into your business.
- Scale and grow from there!
